The Library for
F&B operators,
Singapore F&B runs on thin margins and long days, and the work that compounds — receipts piling up by the till, suppliers half-guessed, reviews unanswered, last week's numbers unread — is the work that never feels urgent until you're behind on rent. Our F&B library targets the quiet end-of-day administration so owner-operators get their evenings back, and so the numbers you need to make decisions are already in front of you at 8am the next morning.
Pre-built. Industry-tuned.
Each system below has been built and deployed for at least one Quietwork client in this sector. Pick the ones that fit. Start with one. Add more as the wins compound.
Most F&B operators do receipts in a pile, once a month, in pain. We replace that. You photograph supplier receipts on your phone the day they arrive. We read each one (supplier, category, GST, totals), match it to your COA, and post a clean entry to Xero (or MYOB / QuickBooks). Month-end stops existing as a separate event.
You order when you remember to, you run out when you don't. We track stock against your weekly usage pattern, draft supplier orders before key items run out, and flag unexpected shrinkage (item moved on the POS but stock not down — or stock down with no sale). You approve the orders from your phone; the system sends them.
Reviews compound — fast for the good ones, slow for the bad ones. We watch Google, Facebook, Chope, and any reservation platform you use, draft a reply in your established voice for each review (we learn the voice from your past replies), and queue them for one-tap approval. Bad reviews get flagged for owner attention with a draft to react to, not to start from scratch.
Owners run on instinct because the numbers aren't in front of them when they need to be. Every morning at 8am we send one email: yesterday's revenue vs last week and last year, top three movers, anything anomalous (a dish that suddenly stopped selling, a void rate spike, an average check drop), and a line on today's weather and any nearby events. Two minutes read; better decisions all day.
Rostering is the work that eats your Sunday. We forecast demand from your last 8 weeks of POS data (and the weather, and known nearby events), pull leave requests and stated availability, respect your labour rules (max consecutive shifts, minimum rest), and draft a roster for your approval. You review on your phone in 10 minutes; we send it to staff via WhatsApp.
The library covers the common patterns. If yours is different, come for The Walkthrough. We'll tell you honestly whether automation fits — and quote you a fixed price if it does.
From signed quote to live system in 2-4 weeks.
A 90-minute kickoff. We get access to the tools the system will integrate with. We confirm scope in writing.
A working prototype in your environment by end of week 2. You see it run on real data. You give feedback.
We tune for the edge cases that emerged in testing. We write the runbook and handover doc.
System goes live. We monitor for 30 days, tune anything that surfaces, and hand over fully.
Browse by industry.
For small freight forwarders, 3PLs, and customs agents.
You ship the same documents, fill the same forms, and chase the same statuses every day. We've built the systems that do those things automatically — tuned for the realities of Singapore's logistics ecosystem.
For small law firms, accounting practices, and consultancies.
You bill in hours but lose 30%+ of them to admin. Intake forms, document drafting, client emails, time entry. We build the systems that quietly take the admin off your plate — without touching client relationships or judgement calls.
Don't see your industry yet?
Most engagements expand the library. If you're the right early client in a new sector, you might just become the case study that anchors it.
